Shipping:  $7.99 to the U.S., $10.99 to Canada, $35 for international shipping.

Landfall Freight

Every Landfall Freight comes with an information card describing all the items inside.  The theme for May was 'The Mystery Machine.'

Ufology by James Tynion IV, Noah J. Yuenkel, and Matthew Fox

I love how they usually include graphic novels or comics that I've never heard of before.  This graphic novel sounds really cool!

Retail Value:  $19.99

Goodreads Rating:  3.81

Goodreads Synopsis:

What’s to Love: James Tynion IV has already blown us away with his original series The Woods and Memetic, and now he’s teaming up with Thrillbent co-writer Noah J. Yuenkel (The House in the Wall) and artist Matt Fox (Long Walk to Valhalla) to bring us a story about aliens in the Midwest. It’s reminiscent of films like E.T and Super 8, and TV shows like Twin Peaks and The X-Files.
What It Is: Becky Finch never wanted to be special. She just wanted to be a normal high school student in the small, Midwestern town of Mukawgee. Malcolm Chamber wanted something more. A destiny. An answer from the stars. When Becky is marked by an alien’s touch, she’ll stumble into a mystery she never wanted. A mystery that almost ripped apart both their parents’ lives 12 years ago. She’ll need the help of her eccentric young classmate, Malcolm, as she finds the power within herself to uncover the truth.

Love the artwork!

Dept. H #1 by Matt Kind and Sharlene Kindt

Here's another comic that sounds interesting.

Goodreads Rating:  3.96

Goodreads Synopsis:

From New York Times best-selling MIND MGMT creator Matt Kindt comes an exciting new undersea sci-fi mystery.
Mia is a special investigator hired to uncover possible sabotage taking place at a deep-sea research station. What she finds is a mind-blowing crime scene filled with suspects with terrible secrets, strange deep-sea creatures, and an impending flood!

More cool artwork!

Evidence File Mega-Pouch

How cool is this?!  It definitely goes with the theme and I can always use more bags to put my makeup in or other stuff.  I have a lot of stuff!

Retail Value:  $6.99

Super Spy Magnifying Bookmark &
Bonus Harrow County Postcard

Here's a cool 'Harrow County' postcard.  Harrow County volumes 1 and 2 were in April's Landfall Freight.  I love the bookmark magnifier!

My Favourite Mysteries Button Set by One True Press

Love these buttons!  You have the 'Welcome to Twin Peaks' button, the Velma I Love Mysteries button, and the 'The Truth is Out There'  X-Files button.  I love the X-Files.  I had a cat named Mulder.  :)

Retail Value:  $??

Dale Cooper's Recorder Bookplate

The last items in the box were this cool looking recorder bookplate and the delicious caramel apple lollipop that's in every box!

My Thoughts:  This was another awesome box from Landfall Freight!  I can't wait to read Ufology and Dept. H.  They both sound very interesting.  I loved the goodies included in this box.  I will definitely be putting some stuff in that evidence pouch.  I think this is a really good subscription box for anyone who loves comics and graphic novels!
