It's super easy to sign up for HorrorPack, just choose your plan and format (DVD or Blu-ray) and wait for your monthly box of cool horror movies to arrive.

Below are the 4 Blu-rays I received:

The Reanimator Blu-ray

I think I saw this movie a long time ago but I don't really remember it.  It definitely looks creepy.

Retail Value:  $10-$11?

Synopsis:
A dedicated student at a medical college and his girlfriend become involved in bizarre experiments centering around the re-animation of dead tissue when an odd new student (Jeffrey Combs) arrives on campus.
Blu-Ray Special Features:

*Audio commentaries from the film's director and producer
*Cast interviews
*Extended scenes
*Galleries

Scar 3D Blu-ray

I received this same blu-ray in my last Horror Block.  This looks like a scary film.  I love that this blu-ray came with two sets of 3D glasses.

Retail Value:  $6-$7?

Synopsis:
Local town legend says that Bishop used to stash teenage prisoners in the basement of his morgue, keeping them tied up in cabinets meant for dead bodies. He would cut, scar, and torture his unsuspecting victims and then show them the damage to their own bodies with a small mirror. When Joan, one of Bishop's young teenage victims, freed herself and killed Bishop, his reign of terror was thought to have ended. But when Joan returns to her hometown for the first time in 16 years to see her niece be crowned Prom Queen, the past eerily begins to repeat itself.

Motivational Growth Blu-ray

This movie sounds weird and gross.  I'm not so sure I want to watch this.  :/

Retail Value:  $14-$15?

Synopsis:
Ian Folivor, a depressed and reclusive 30-something, finds himself taking advice from a growth in his bathroom after a failed suicide attempt. The Mold, a smooth talking fungus who was born of the filth collecting in a corner of Ian's neglected bathroom, works to win Ian's trust by helping him clean himself up and remodel his lifestyle. With The Mold's help, Ian attracts the attention of a neighbor he's been ogling through his peephole, Leah, and he manages to find a slice of happiness despite his unnatural circumstances. But Ian starts to receive strange messages from his old and broken down TV set that make him realize that The Mold may not be as helpful as it seems to be, and strange characters combined with stranger events cast Ian's life in the shadow of an epic battle between good and evil that Ian is only partially aware of.

Saw V Blu-ray

I'm pretty sure I saw all of the Saw movies and I liked them all.  I'm happy to add this film to my horror movie collection.

Retail Value:  $9-$10?

Synopsis:
Hoffman is seemingly the last person alive to carry on the Jigsaw legacy. But when his secret is threatened, Hoffman must go on the hunt to eliminate all loose ends.

My Thoughts:  I really liked August's HorrorPack.  I can't wait to watch most of the horror movies (I'm not too excited to watch Motivational Behavior).  I think this subscription box is a really good value.  The estimated retail value of all four of these blu-rays is over $40 which is a great value for a $24.99 per month box (an even better value if you subscribe to the 3, 6, or 12 month plan).  I'm happy that the blu-rays were all packaged really well so none of them got damaged in shipping and all the blu-rays were new and sealed.  I like the variety of horror films included in this box and I think this is a great subscription box for horror movie lovers.
